List of Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups pineapple, pared, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 6 large basil leaves, for garnish



  1.  Puree the water, pineapple, cucumber and chopped basil in a blender.
  2. Pour into 6 glasses, garnish each with a basil leaf and serve immediately.
